ViewSonic has introduced the VX14P1-3K-OLED, a thin and light 14-inch portable monitor designed for work and entertainment. It features a 2.8K AMOLED display with a 2880×1800 resolution, 16:10 aspect ratio, 100% coverage of DCI-P3, sRGB, and AdobeRGB color gamuts, and 10-bit color depth. The monitor is certified with VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 for improved contrast and accurate colors.
The AMOLED panel has 5.18 million self-luminous pixels, a 100,000:1 contrast ratio, and 400 nits brightness. This setup delivers deep blacks, bright highlights, and clearer image layers. ViewSonic provides factory calibration with an average Delta E less than 1, ensuring color accuracy. Users can switch between preset modes such as sRGB, AdobeRGB, DCI-P3, and Rec.709 for different needs.
The monitor supports a 90Hz refresh rate and 1ms GTG response time, making it suitable for daily work, creative tasks, and light gaming. It reduces screen tearing and motion blur while offering smooth visuals for MOBAs, strategy, and action titles.
Built with CNC machining, the VX14P1-3K-OLED measures 4.9mm in thickness and weighs 0.6kg. It includes a foldable stand that adjusts from 0° to 43°. Connectivity includes two USB Type-C ports and one Mini HDMI port. The Type-C ports support video, data, and power through a single cable, along with up to 65W reverse charging. The monitor works with laptops, tablets, smartphones, and gaming consoles.
The VX14P1-3K-OLED is priced at CNY 2,499, about 351 US dollars. ViewSonic has not announced international release details.
