Honor has launched the Earbuds 4 at its product event in China, alongside the Magic 8 smartphone series and MagicPad 3 tablets. The retail price is set at 399 yuan ($56), but Honor is offering a launch discount that brings it down to 349 yuan ($48). Pre-orders are now open.

Honor Earbuds 4 Specifications

The Earbuds 4 use a dual-driver setup, combining an 11mm low-frequency unit with a 6mm high-frequency driver. Both drivers use titanium-coated diaphragms that improve response speed and ensure better sound reproduction. The system delivers strong bass, clear mids, and improved treble extension. The high-frequency driver includes a dual-magnet structure that increases sensitivity and detail retrieval.

Honor has equipped the earbuds with a three-microphone noise cancellation system capable of reducing ambient sound by up to 50dB. The system supports three levels of ANC: Deep, Moderate, and Light. The earbuds also support two transparency modes. The ambient mode lets in external sounds for safety and awareness, while the voice mode enhances human speech in busy areas.

The Earbuds 4 feature AI-based call noise reduction powered by a deep neural network algorithm. Honor claims the system can block out wind noise of up to 6 meters per second. This helps improve call clarity in outdoor or noisy environments.

Talking about battery life, the earbuds deliver up to 9 hours of playback on a single charge and extend to 46 hours with the charging case. They also support fast charging, offering around 3 hours of use from a quick 10-minute charge. The earbuds include USB-C charging and come with an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.

Honor includes touch controls for volume, playback, and mode switching. The earbuds support wear detection and work with the Honor Smart Space app. The app provides features like Find My Earbuds, EQ presets, and battery monitoring.

The Earbuds 4 support fast pop-up pairing on Honor phones and are compatible with HarmonyOS, Android, and iOS. They also include a low-latency gaming mode.

Each earbud weighs 5.3 grams and uses soft, skin-friendly tips. The design closely resembles the Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro, featuring a mix of glossy and matte textures with vacuum-coated highlights. The earbuds are available in Pearl White and Starry Black.
